previously stationed in Bengaluru. Shukla is an officer of the 2015 batch of the Indian Railway Protection Force Service (IRPFs). He holds a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from BHU IIT, following his education at Seth Anand Ram Jaipuria School in Kanpur. After working with BPCL and GAIL, he cleared the 2015 UPSC exam to join IRPFs. His first posting was in the Naxal-affected Dhanbad Railway Division, where he established a strong intelligence network for the RPF. With his appointment, he is now responsible for strengthening railway security in Ayodhya and Varanasi, which are witnessing an increase in the number of devotees, as well as the successful organization of the upcoming Kumbh Mela.

Inki taynati ke baad, Ayodhya aur Banaras mein shraddhaaluo ki badhti sankhya ko dekhte hue, railway suraksha ko majboot karne ke saath aagami Kumbh Mela ke safal aayojan ki zimmedari bhi Devaansh Shukla par hogi.
