during his recent meeting with the Prime Minister. The CPI(M) leader, Ch. Narasinga Rao, has called for the appointment of a General Manager and the commencement of construction of the zonal headquarters. He also expressed concern about the potential merger of the Waltair Division with Vijayawada Division, citing inconvenience for employees who have to travel frequently to Vijayawada. The absence of the zonal headquarters in Visakhapatnam, a major junction between Chennai and Kolkata and a fast-growing city, is causing problems for major industries in the allocation of rakes. The CPI(M) has urged the State government to pressure the Centre for the early operationalization of the zone.

CPI(M) ne Visakhapatnam mein headquarters wale South Coast Railway (SCoR) ke operationalise hone mein delay ko lekar criticism kiya hai. Party yeh demand kar rahi hai ki railway zone pe kaam shuru hone ke liye jald se jald kadam uthaye jaaye, jisko five years se zyada time pehle announce kiya gaya...

tha. Unhone Chief Minister ko bhi is baat pe dosh diya ki unhone recent mein Prime Minister se hui meeting mein is delay ka issue nahi uthaya. CPI(M) leader, Ch. Narasinga Rao, ne General Manager appoint karne aur zonal headquarters ki construction shuru karne ki demand ki hai. Unhone Waltair Division ko Vijayawada Division mein merge karne ke possible consequences ke baare mein bhi concern dikhaaya, jisse employees ko frequently Vijayawada travel karna padega. Visakhapatnam, jo Chennai aur Kolkata ke beech ek major junction hai aur ek fast-growing city bhi hai, mein zonal headquarters na hone se, major industries ko rakes allocate karne mein dikkat aa rahi hai. CPI(M) ne state government se demand ki hai ki woh zone ke early operationalise hone ke liye centre pe pressure dale.
