skipping certain stations. Harbour line services between Kurla and Vashi will be suspended entirely, with special locals operating between CSMT and Kurla, and Panvel-Vashi. Passengers can travel between Thane-Vashi/Nerul from 10 am to 6 pm. The Western Railway will experience a 10-hour blockade from midnight Saturday to 10 am Sunday between Goregaon and Kandivali. Local trains will be diverted to the fast lines, skipping some stations. Some services will be partially canceled and some fully cancelled.
