meter wide, two-lane subway will cost ₹21 crore and is expected to take 18 months to complete. Residents of the area have expressed relief at the project, citing the constant inconvenience caused by the closure of Level Crossing 6 (LC6), which is used by approximately 60-70 trains daily. The closure of LC6 makes it difficult for residents of 25 localities, including Kargil Nagar and Annamalai Nagar, to access Tiruvottiyur High Road and the Wimco Nagar Market. The project is expected to greatly benefit residents.

lane wala subway ₹21 crore mein ban raha hai aur yeh 18 months mein complete hone wala hai. Is area ke residents ne is project se relief maana hai, kyunki Level Crossing 6 (LC6) ka band rehna unke liye bahut pareshani ka baat hai. LC6 se roz 60-70 trains guzarti hain aur yeh band rehne se Kargil Nagar aur Annamalai Nagar jaise 25 localities ke residents ko Tiruvottiyur High Road aur Wimco Nagar Market jane mein mushkil hoti hai. Is project se residents ko bahut fayda hoga.
