(Video), DI-BOI DMU and 12951 Rajdhani Express (Video). At the same time, Twin WAM-4 wid Concor departed towards PNVL and WAG-9 wid BCNA arrived from PNVL as we headed to the north. Sat there and while Spotting 12922 Flying (Video) and 12954 AK Rajdhani (Video), Sameer Mankame also joined us. Then we decided to take 1040 fast EMU from BSR to ADH.
12479 Suryanagri overtook us before Naigaon (Video) and a Derated RTM WDM-3A Crossed us after Bhyander (Video). We were halted at BVI outer for quite a while just to see that Suryanagri was getting a LOCO change at BVI (Video).
On reaching ADH, we decided to walk to the NZ. While we were walking, Spotted ADH-CCG Special Train Wid LOCO on each side (Video), Suryanagri wid its new LOCO (Video) and 12925 Paschim Express wid GOC WDP-3A and WCAM-2P (Video).
We reach the NZ and met RFs Dhawal Poladia, Pushkar Joshi, Vijay Aravamudhan and Yogesh Kotawadekar. There we spotted BL Passenger's rake being used as MCT-BVI Special crossing 12934 Karnavati Express (Video). After some time we spot a WDG-3A Roaming around as if he was finding himself a job (Video) while VTA WDM-3A Crosses with 19066 JU-BDTS Express (Video).
After having a short Lunch break, some us head to the south end of VLP where we spot 12480 Suryanagri wid VTA WDG-3A #13291, 12489 BKN-DDR (Video), CCG-ADH Special (Video), 19116 Sayaji Nagri Express (Video), RFs Yogesh Kotawadekar and Ajitesh Dubey onboard the LOCO of BVI-MCT Special (Video) and 12996 UDZ/AII-BDTS wid WDP-4 (Video).

Rajdhani Blast: Very High Speed Rajdhani Express Overtakes on Indian Railways
Courtesy a rather illogical departure time of 1620, the 12304 and 12382 New Delhi Howrah Poorva Express is subjected to over an hour's halt where it is overtaken by four Rajdhanis and the Sampoorna Kranti Express. Captured in this video are 4 Rajdhanis which storm past the 12382 New Delhi Howrah Poorva Express like there is no tomorrow. We are first halted at Ajaibpur, 25 km east of Ghaziabad, where the Ghaziabad WAP7 hauled 12314 Sealdah Rajdhani Express shrieks by with its 19 coach load at 130 kmph flat. We resume our journey for another 31 kilometres (which, to the Poorva's credit, we covered in 20 minutes) till Sikandarpur, just before

Khurja where we are halted for forty minutes. Three more Rajdhanis blasts past us here: first on the list is the King of ER, 12302 Howrah Rajdhani Express, which charges through with a Ghaziabad WAP7 at 129 kmph, hooting loudly in a shrill voice. The Rajdhani was a 21 coach affair on this day, the longest I have seen it and augmented with an additional First AC (3 First AC coaches in all). Following closely on its heels came the 12310 Rajendranagar/Patna Rajdhani Express at 128 kmph, honking loudly with a Mughal Sarai WAP4. Last on the list was 22812 Bhubaneshwar Rajdhani Express, which thunders past with a Ghaziabad WAP4, headlights fully switched on, hauling its puny 13 coach rake at a measly 122 kmph!

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
