nobhonil10 2430 blog postsearlier when saraighat was first introduced the timing was not so suitable but after its timings were changed and regularised it became "the" most prestigious,important and demanding train of ir/nfr.......if this train is also been given the same treatment as saraighat,it also has the potential to be "the" train of nfr....

It will definitely gain popularity as the time passes and if the frequency increased from weekly to bi-weekly, tri-weekly or daily as it it takes much less time then Kamrup Expree.

I have find out two error, National Train Enquiry says total distance is 1582 kms (it is only possible when train goes from NBQ-KYQ via Jogighopa, Goalpara Town) and Indian Railway website says 1531 kms (if the train goes from NBQ-KYQ via Rangiya Jn. So there is an error of 54 kms.

Ok, but indiarailinfo.com and indianrail.gov.in shows it runs via Rangiya Jn. If it runs via Goalpara, then total distance travels by train is 1585 kms in 38:45 hrs, so it is a superfast train.

I think the intermediate Stations of this should be corrected. Admin please note. Moreover on last two weeks the rake was hauled by loco WDM 3D(shed unknown).

Dear, please check the distance between ghy-nbq 12346 saraighat exp which runs via goalpara is 209 kms, and then check ghy-nbq 12526 dbrg-koaa expree it shows 156 kms ( i think its via Rangiya Jn, chk other trains too). If it runs via GLPT then it should be 209 kms from ghy to nbq not 156 kms.
Where as National Train Enquiry System shows of 12526/12525 distance beween ghy-nbq is 208 kms.
