but if they allowed like TATKAL at 12 then why not premium tatkal too at 12
and BTW this encourages agents to do malpractices and also
by not allowing prem tatkal n results in lots of vacant berths n ultimately railways purpose of introduction of such Q not fulfilling n also at loss financially

premium trains booking allowed to agents but not premium tatkal
Agreed but every one cant have online accont or irctc id for those agents can help to get premium tatkal even if it opens at 12 like general tatkal
