Happy to hear that Janshatabdis stop in Aluva nd Chertala would be cancelled.After provision of stop in Chertala this train was always reaching Ernakulam late by 15mins or so.Hope this move is welcomed by all and that the train would arrive Ernakulam even before 9.15.....:-)

Has not left Kerala till.But there is a move from the Tamil lobby to transport these coaches to Chennai.....

Sorry for the cmnt....but most of our coaches are being transported to Chennai for maintenance and the one we are getting back are the old ones.And once we had a funny but serious incident.A passenger trains bogie was split into two pieces in Alleppey....Thank God that ppl didnt lose their lives.......So dnt u think it is really dangerous for Kerala commuters.......?

I am a frequent traveller to Mangalore and i think its a developing station...I want it to develope.Not jst Mangalore all top railway stations in India....But dnt say that v ppl frm kerala looted anything frm ur port.We are having a better port in Kochi and an even better proposed port in Vizhinjam.........

k..let ERS have 2....y do u want 2 stop ERS frm getting 2 sheds.It is a highly growing city......Instead of taking our shed u could ask for another loco shed in the next budget......:)

v didnt cry I hope....U may take it....Also ask it in the next budget....And u no the reason y the railways are not putting state boundaries in classifying divisions?It is to preserve the unity of this nation.Railways unite Inida and doesnt have state boundaries.That is why sme plces in every state comes under every other states division.......

Income in PGT division is due to the commuters in Kerala.Every ppl in kerala take tickets and travel in gen coaches......wereas various other states in India...ppl never travel in gen coaches by taking tkt and is an accepted fact!!

plss dnt spoil the efficiency of Janshatabdi by asking more stops for it.Already this train has stops more than necessary.If it stops at KZK,then it wont be able to increase its speed upto KZK after departing from TVC.Parasuram dep TVC at 6.25 already has a stop in KZK.Only Allapuzha will be missed.Rest of the route will be covered by parasuram.
And return journey,Ernad exp is there.

Ya....this is a bad move....I donno whether d rly authorities r trying to convert this precious train to a passenger.....only the janshatabdi in kerala is having stops aftr every 30kms....Trains r not suitable for kerala stndrds.......

Is there really any need for stops in aluva and chertala for this train?This will surely result in more stops being provided in future and stop in all the small stations even....better to call this train janshuttle instead of janshatabdi.....
