Do we not have equal right tor equal ammenities. ?
Do you mean a 100 passenger stations must have a shed that 2000 passenger stations have? Does it sound like a 100 passenger load train must have a 2000 passenger capacity? And is that equal right?

People want comforts amenities, Govt collecting taxes for welfare.

Just check out, in Japan more people pay their taxes while here, in a country of 130 Cr, only 15 lakh people pay taxes. Secondly, Japan has so much extra money that they gives us trillions at less than 1% per year.
Speaking about that girl, we also had a facility by which for confirmed ticket passengers trains used to halt at odd stations. I am not sure that exists now. And I am not sure how many people don't buy tickets to travel and use railways facilities for its authorized passengers.
