The Sector 142 to Botanical Garden corridor will be 11.56 kilometres long with eight stations and is budgeted at Rs 2,254.35 crore. Both projects await state government approval. The NMRC also plans a third extension of the Aqua Line, a 2.6 km segment with two stations, which is waiting for approval from the Central government. The NMRC is also developing an application to facilitate easy bookings of taxis, auto-rickshaws, and e-rickshaws from metro stations.
