have developed an automated system to efficiently load baggage onto aircraft. Previously available only for domestic passengers, this service is now extended to international travellers from 7 am to 9 pm. The metro's frequency is every 10 minutes, and it takes about 19 minutes to reach Terminal 3 of Delhi Airport. Check-in for domestic flights can be done 12 to 2 hours before departure, while international flights require check-in 4 to 2 hours beforehand. Air India's Chief Customer Experience Officer, Rajesh Dogra, highlighted the cost-effectiveness and congestion reduction benefits of this initiative.

Pehle ye facility sirf domestic travellers ke liye thi, ab isse international passengers bhi 7 am se 9 pm tak New Delhi aur Shivaji Stadium metro stations pe use kar sakte hain. Metro ka frequency 10 minutes ka hai aur Delhi Airport ke Terminal 3 tak pahunchne mein lagभग 19 minutes lagte hain. Domestic flights ke liye check-in departure se 12 se 2 ghante pehle ho sakta hai aur international flights ke liye 4 se 2 ghante pehle. Air India ke Chief Customer Experience Officer, Rajesh Dogra ne is initiative ke fayde bataye hain jisme cost-effectiveness aur airport pe congestion kam hone ka baat kiya gaya hai.
