The railway team, including traffic controller Pawan Kumar Jha, IO W Anil Kumar, Vijendra Kumar and commercial inspector Abhishek Anand, surveyed the land and marked 400 meters between kilometer poles 9 and 10 for the halt. The team discussed the suitability of the land with former BJP candidate Devendra Nath Singh and villagers. Villagers reported that the halt will benefit approximately three dozen villages from four panchayats. This project is a fulfillment of a promise made by MP Dr. Nishikant Dubey during his election campaign, which has brought joy to the people of the surrounding villages.
