train (12082) mein kaafi problems jaise ki kharab windows, leaks, kam jagah aur overcrowding ke baare mein complaint ki thi. Naye coaches mein safety features hain, lekin passengers ne purane coaches ke features jaise ki armrests aur cup holders ko vapas laane ka suggestion diya hai.
