Santosh Sira, Yogesh Patel, and Ravi Mina joined the hunger strike. Budni farmers joined the protest in large numbers. Farmer leader Ramhet Sira informed that farmers from Pithampur, Dhar district, including Dilip Rao, Om Prakash Raghuvanshi, Keshav Thorat, Bhagwan Singh Raghuvanshi, and Ashish Raghuvanshi, joined the protest. They stated that they will continue to support the movement until their demands are met. Affected farmers from the Khategaon tehsil and Indore district joined the protest and stated that they will not sell their land under any circumstances. Farmers like Balwant Singh Bawra, Anil Pancholi, Rameshwar Gawli, Mahesh Gawli, Abhishek Mina, Ankit Kalm, Rohit Patak, Vinayak Pancholi, Golu Gawli, Kailash Lodwal, Shiv Thural, Ganga Vishan, Kailash Jonwal, Govind Jareda, Govind Rathore, and Iqbal Singh Bawra have been continuously participating in the protest.

The meeting also highlighted achievements of West Central Railway, including completion of 161 km of new track, doubling, and tripling, 15 stations receiving 'Eat Right Station' accreditation, and 34 stalls operating across 28 stations under the 'One Station One Product' scheme. The General Manager highlighted initiatives like adding lifts, escalators, foot over bridges, coach guidance systems, disabled-friendly facilities, ATMs, train information boards, and 'Amrit Kaks' (Amrit Rooms) at stations. The farmers highlighted that the majority of land acquisition for the Indore-Budhni rail line is in the Sanwer assembly constituency, where 15 villages' land will be acquired for the rail line and 40 for the outer ring road. The farmers complained that Minister Silawat is not addressing their concerns despite the heavy impact on Sanwer.
