False story sir, Kharge wanted it to be GR - YPR SF and Shinde wanted it to be SUR - YPR SF. Kharge agreed on one condition that new CSTM - SUR Exp should run as CSTM - GR Exp so that both Both GR and SUR people get benefit. But we all know what happened later, GR - YPR became SUR - YPR but CSTM - SUR didn't change to CSTM - GR.
And when 22133/34 started, Kharge was not RM!! If he was, then it would have been GR - YPR SF. It's big on Kharge's agenda that 22133/34 should be short terminated at GR.

At the time of inauguration of 22133 SUR - YPR SF, Kharge was the RM and Munniappa was the RM for states.
Both are present on the inauguration ceremony which held at PF1 of Solapur and after this ceremony RM Kharge went to Gulbarga along with train only in the last coach (Inspection Car).

Again wrong info. This train was inaugurated in 2012. Kharge was RM in 2013. This train was GR - YPR SF until last minute when Shinde made it SUR - YPR SF.
May be you are confused with converting this train into daily from tri-weekly. Then Kharge was RM. It was him who made it run daily. Kharge is also fighting for termination of this train at GR.

yes its needed with good timings ideally it should leave Gulbarga at 6 to 6:30 AM and reach Hyderabad at 10-10:30 AM and in return it should leave Hyderabad at 6 to 7 PM and reach Gulbarga at 10-11 PM... then we should see the crowd... if there is parking issue at Hyd then it can be Gulbarga-Kazipet ICE it will help people from Hyd-Kazipet also

ICE is very much needed, in fact we need 2 ICE GR - HYB - GR and SC - GR - SC. TT of 11307/08 is made deliberately to make it a flop. In fact it was not all that flop. I have seen it 2-3 times. General was full but around 50% of the seats were full in 2S. Since it was tatkal fare special, people would prefer Hubli Exp over it.
NGP - PUNE - NGP and NGP - ASR - NGP are also struggling to get people but CR is interested in cancelling only this train.
