Travelled in this train from SBC to MAS on 07-05-2016 in seat no. 69 of C4 coach. Since near the door literally no AC. The AC plant was giving out huge noise. The adjacent food tray dirt was not cleaned. I had to literally talk harshly to the lady over phone No. 138 for this. Within 10 minutes, one supervisor along with another person organised for cleaning. The AC was not at all set right. The TTE was helpful in arranging alternative seats. I moved to seat No. 50 in the lower deck after BWT. At Ambur, I had to move to some other seat. Till we reached PER, I had sweat a lot. The mobile plug points were not working.

Complained on Twitter, COMS. After 2 days, COMS replied that the AC has been rectified. But the twitter evoked no response inspite of the posting from DRM - MAS divn's declaration that "we respond faster on Twitter".
