but what else they can do tell me....should they introduce another new train just to give halt for these stations and exclude all other who have trains to these destinations ?
as long as it meets its TT, they wont bother about these stuff...if at all , the halt is going to effect its punctuality then they will never consider to give it a halt which is a basic thumb rule...and more over Penukonda for KK might have been considered taking the crossing into consideration ..

more... that way from starting itself as it was SSPN-GTL-KCG train (DHONE-GY line was not present at that time) and then extended to SBC ...Prasanti nilayam is considered as a full train (even thought it got 4 coaches of VSG slip) when compared to most of the train of IR ..and its just taking another 40 odd extra kilometers if you compare it with 12785/86 SBC superfast ..so i dont think its a long route
