The challenge with LTT CBE is arrival time at CBE. 11013 is a PF turnaround train which means it occupies a PF for a long time. An early arrival would probably mean one PF is held up for a long time. There is 16615 terminating at CBE around 5am, Similarly Nilgiri exp arrival and then Cheran Exp terminating around 6am. Plus lot of pass through trains towards Kerala side between 3:30am-6am. I think that is one reason 11013 is given so much slack and buffer from SBC onwards & it arrives after all these trains. Just look at the TT from Dharmapuri onwards. They surely need to re-work its TT now that the Pune-MAS route is almost doubled and electrified as well. Definite speed up required.
