First of all it's Odisha. Not Odissa. Don't compare Samta with other trains of Odisha. I am talking about connectivity of South Western Odisha region with national capital. Don't you know Samta was introduced with the motive to provide feasible communication with Delhi from the rural part of Odisha that is from Rayagada, Kalahandi, Balangir, Nuapada districts. It was also introduced with the help of the then Railway Minister of State and MP from Kalahandi, Odisha Sri Bhakta Charan Das ji in 1992. If the single train from this region to Delhi don't provide ticket to the passengers then what is the importance of running of Samta through the rural part of Odisha ?
