Hello Indiarailinfo community. I need your help and suggestions as I am frustrated with IRCTC support. I recently updated my phone number on IRCTC to an international phone number and also paid the Rs. 100 + service charge fee. Now whenever I login, I am getting the same screen and not able to book train tickets or access previous bookings. I contacted IRCTC support but they are not understanding the issue and asking me to verify phone number by requesting OTP but since number is already verified, I am not getting option to request OTP. I need to cancel a train ticket (travel date in 1 week) and now I am stuck. Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
