S.R. Mishra, Assistant Secretary of the National Federation of Indian Railwaymen (NFIR), visited Chakradharpur Railway Division on a one-day tour. He met with DRM A.J. Rathour and discussed issues related to running staff, including the need for filling over 600 vacant Train Manager posts and Locomotive Pilot posts in Chakradharpur Division....

Mishra also advocated for the establishment of organized and well-equipped running rooms in compliance with railway guidelines. He emphasized the need for the DRM to collaborate with recognized unions to address the concerns of running and railway staff. DRM Rathour assured positive action towards resolving these issues. Mishra also met with members of the Chakradharpur Division of the South Eastern Railway Men's Congress to discuss the concerns of railway employees.

Pilot posts ko fill karna. Mishra ne railway guidelines ke according organized aur well-equipped running rooms banane ki bhi zaroorat batayi. Unhone DRM se kaha ki running staff aur railway staff ke concerns ko address karne ke liye recognized unions ke saath sahmati banae. DRM Rathour ne in issues ko jaldi resolve karne ka assurance diya. Mishra ne South Eastern Railway Men's Congress ke Chakradharpur Division ke members se bhi mulakāt ki aur railway employees ke concerns pe baat ki.
