Thus accident has nothing to do with Kavach which activates when train us coming in opp direction. Kamchenjunga express is moving at 15kmph and goods container train rammed it from behind as seen in.pics and last ciach being HPCV it claimed on to WAG engine and hit the passenger coaches. This is signal failure or jumping. The incident is same as Vskp Rayada Palasa passemger where the preceeding train hit the slow moving train ahead as starter showed green and driver was not given caution note when he boarded at station though there is malfunction of signal.
