Entirely depends upon Pick-up Point, Destination, Frequency of Trucks between those two etc.
Like you'll be charged less from Pune to Delhi (since it falls on Main Route with Multiple Trucks and large Frequency of them) than from Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar)- Distance is relatively less but frequency of trucks is also less and it's relatively away from main route.

About packers and movers, we've used Gati for transporting stuff sans the bike. And prices vary greatly depending on destinations as Utkarsh mentioned. They quoted us around 15,000 from Delhi to Varanasi. Whereas the same stuff was quoted around 5,000 from Kolkata to Delhi by Gati itself, a year ago.
