12 months before retirement, with a minimum of 25 years of service. For shorter service periods, the pension will be calculated proportionally. A family pension of 60% of the employee's pension will be provided to the nominee in case of death. A minimum pension of ₹10,000 per month will be provided after 10 years of service. The pension, family pension, and minimum pension will be subject to inflation adjustments based on the All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (AICPI-IW). In addition to gratuity, a lump sum payment will be made upon retirement, calculated as 1/10th of the monthly emoluments (salary-DA) for each completed six months of service. This payment will not reduce the assured pension amount.
