The court has also directed the election to be conducted with the assistance of the Railway and the Ministry of Cooperation. The election has been postponed until August 20th and the court has appointed an election officer to conduct the election within six months. The court's order came after allegations of irregularities in the election process, including the non-release of the shareholder list. The bank management and the personnel department were accused of disregarding the High Court's previous order to hold elections within six months. The case is pending further hearing on August 20th.

9 saal ka detailed audit karne ka order diya hai, jisme appointments, welfare funds, aur shareholders ko diye jaane waale dividends bhi include hain. Court ne election karwane ke liye Railway aur Ministry of Cooperation ki help lene ka bhi order diya hai. Election ab 20 August tak postpone ho gaya hai aur court ne ek election officer appoint kiya hai jo 6 months ke andar election karayenge. Court ka yeh order election process mein irregularities ke allegations ke baad aaya hai, jisme shareholder list release na karne ka arop bhi hai. Bank management aur personnel department pe High Court ke previous order ko ignore karne ka bhi arop laga hai, jisme unhone 6 months ke andar elections karwane ka order diya tha. Case ki next hearing 20 August ko hai.
