thi. CVC ne biometric system lagaane ki salah di hai taki attendance records ko overtime allowance claims se link kiya ja sake aur system mein accountability badh sake. Board ne yeh bhi kaha hai ki in recommendations ko strictly follow karna chahiye, lekin kuch station masters ka yeh bhi kehna hai ki yeh measures counterproductive bhi ho sakte hain.
