He refutes allegations made by Education Minister Botcha Satyanarayana, who claimed that the central government delayed the creation of the new railway zone. Dinakar further contends that the 52 acres of land allocated by the state government for the railway zone in Mudasarlova is unsuitable due to its location within the Mudasarlova reservoir catchment area, making construction impractical. par zor diya, aur kaha ki double engine Sarkar (Central aur state dono level par BJP ka rule) jaldi hi Andhra Pradesh me aayega aur yeh kaam shuru karega.
